Manifesto

Six things we believe. We mean them.

Most agencies have a values page. Most read like a corporate ad. These are real operating principles - we use them to decide what to build, what to refuse, and how to handle the awkward moments.

01

You own the code.

At delivery, you receive the Git repository, the documentation, the credentials, the infrastructure-as-code. No vendor lock-in. You can fire us tomorrow and the bot runs unchanged.

Why this matters: many "agencies" hold clients hostage by hosting the code. We refuse to operate that way. If you want us to keep operating it, that's a retainer relationship - explicit, terminable.

02

No profit promises. Ever.

We build the system. The strategy generates the returns. We can show you backtests, paper-trade results, and live PnL of other deployments - none of which guarantees yours.

If someone in this space promises you 10% monthly, they're either confused or running a scam. Polymarket and Kalshi have edges; capturing them is a function of your strategy and discipline, not our code.

03

Paper-trade before live capital. Always.

Two-week paper-trading window on real data. Compare to backtest expectations. If they diverge materially, we investigate before going live.

No exceptions, no matter how urgent. We've seen "we'll skip paper-trading just this once" cost clients more than the cost of waiting two weeks.

04

CLOB-native. No wrappers.

We write directly against Polymarket's CLOB API and Kalshi's Trade API. No SaaS intermediaries, no rebranded "trading platforms" that add a third-party dependency to your stack.

SaaS wrappers add latency, take a fee, and disappear when their funding runs out. Direct API integration is the engineering choice - and the only one that makes economic sense at scale.

05

Compliance-aware. No bypass.

Polymarket's geographic restrictions are real. Kalshi's KYC is real. We build for users in jurisdictions where the venue is accessible. Period.

We don't ship bots that route around ToS. We don't advise on VPN setup. We don't take the project if the client pushes on this. See full policy →

06

You don't need to be a trader.

Some of our best clients have never executed a trade manually. They had an idea - a wallet to copy, a market thesis, a YouTube video that sparked something - and they trusted us to translate it into code.

We explain everything. The strategy doc is in English, not jargon. Every line of code that touches your money is annotated. If you ask "why did the bot do X yesterday?", the answer is one log query away.

Get started

If these line up with your priorities, let's talk.

We won't be a fit for everyone. The clients we work best with want to understand what they're getting, are willing to wait the two paper-trading weeks, and have realistic expectations about edge.
