The rules of engagement.

Predikted develops custom trading bots for Polymarket, Kalshi, and related prediction markets. Each engagement is governed by a separately signed Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and price.

These Terms govern the use of this website and any pre-contract communications. They are superseded by the SOW for active engagements.

At delivery, all custom code written for your engagement transfers to you under the terms specified in your SOW (typically: full IP transfer for the application code; we retain rights to underlying utility modules that are open-sourced).

Predikted is a software development firm. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or fiduciary services. Our deliverable is software you operate. Returns, losses, and trading decisions are entirely yours. See disclaimers for full details.

We will not engage on projects that involve: market manipulation as defined by the relevant venue's ToS, bypass of geographic restrictions, theft of credentials, or fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate engagements that violate this clause.

Each engagement carries a warranty period specified in the SOW (typically 30-90 days). During the warranty period, we fix defects (code that does not behave as specified in the strategy doc) at no charge. Outside warranty, fixes are billed at the prevailing hourly rate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predikted's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or consequential damages.

The governing law and arbitration venue for any specific engagement are specified in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) signed with each client. For pre-contract use of this website, disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be referred to mutually-agreed arbitration. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
